At Thanar Nutrition, we strive to get your herbal essentials to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with reliable local couriers to ensure nationwide coverage across South Africa.
1. Delivery Times
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Main Centers (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 2–4 business days.

Regional & Outlying Areas: 5–7 business days.

Order Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically dispatched the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates
We offer flat-rate shipping to simplify your shopping experience:

Standard National Delivery: R85.00

Free Shipping: On all orders over R1000.00.

Local Pickup: If you are based in Alberton, we offer a free collection point (Contact us to make arrangements).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, and you can track your order on our website under the "Track Order" URL. You can monitor your package's journey from our warehouse to your door.
4. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure your delivery address is a physical address where someone will be available to sign for the package between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Note: Our couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt at thanargroup@gmail.com with photos of the packaging. We will prioritise a replacement or refund for you.
